I just wanted to finish listing what I ate, and tell you about my weight loss progress. Last night I had a nice glass of my green feast juice, 2 dates, and a delicious pecan pie Monkey Bar. I really like those.
Now for the update. I weighed myself this morning and the scale showed 167 lbs. That means I have lost an additional 3 pounds since last week. It's very exciting. I haven't seen the 160's for a long time. Anyway, I just wanted to share that brief news with you. Have a great day! I'll write more later.
