More on Natalia's "Life Force Energy", plus more great smoothie recipes

Just thought I’d catch you up on the latest readings of the book "Raw Food Life Force Energy: Enter a Totally New Stratosphere of Weight Loss, Beauty, and Health", by Natalia Rose; and share some more of my yummy smoothie recipes with you!

Let’s see where did we leave off? Oh yeah, I told you about how Natalia writes about the importance of cleansing the digestive tract, as well as your entire body through various methods, such as detoxification, colonic, and such…and of course, proper diet. She also described how eating food containing "Life Force Energy" not only helps to feed your own personal Life Force Energy, but it also helps to push out the buildup within you that drains your "Life Force Energy". "The root of most illness is stagnation of the body's pathways and impaction of waste matter in its cells and tissues."

Next, Natalia explains about magnetizing unfit foods and waste out of the body through alkaline foods. If we eat too many acid-forming foods, we will throw our bodies into an overly acidic state through our blood, that it could definitely devastate our entire system. She also explains the term polarity, and how it affects our body through positive and negative charges, created by the foods we eat. Natalia also explains how the environment in which we live in also effects this body balance, as well as our thoughts, exercise; and in the way we breath – oxygenating and rebalancing our energy.

Natalia even provides examples on how to properly breath, and recommends how to get what you need when being forced to work in environments that may not be as positive for the body as you’d like them to be. It’s great information! Seriously!

There’s more…but I need to read more first. Plus, I think it’s about time you picked up your own copy of the book! Don’t you? Anyway, I always enjoy sharing new information…

Now for the smoothies!

Well, being that it’s only Wednesday, and it’s been a busy week. Brad, my son, started his summer class this week. We are up at 5:30am, and out the door by 6:30am – and we have been trying to get to bed by 9:30pm – but that has not been easy! So, I’ve been pretty tired so far. However, I do have to say, that my super cashew chocolate candies have really kept me going. Along with the smoothies – of course! I’ve made several this week, but only took one picture (as you will see). Here are the recipes, enjoy!

Green peach smoothie:

3 peaches, stoned and chopped
2 small bananas
1 ½ cups frozen or fresh mango
2 big handfuls spinach
2 handfuls sliced raw almonds
1 scoop raw protein
natural vanilla flavoring (from vanilla powder, or extract, or stevia, or protein) only a touch
water to cover, and ice cubes

Blend very well and serve. Makes about 3-4 full servings!

Another Green Smoothie:

2 mangoes, peeled, stoned, and cut
2 small bananas, peeled
1 papaya, peeled and seeded, and cut
2 baby pineapples, peeled, and cut
2-3 large handfuls spinach
¼ cucumber, peeled and cut
Purified water and ice to cover

Blend all ingredients very well in a blender, and serve. Makes about 2-3 tall servings.

Now for a super-sweet desert smoothie treat – let’s call it a shake!

Super-sweet Chocolate Coconut Shake:

1 scoop of “raw” vanilla ice cream (as always, I prefer Heidi and Justin Ohlander’s recipe)
1 scoop of “raw” chocolate ice cream (see my previous recipe)
2 small bananas (peeled)
1 to 3 ring slices fresh pineapple
1 to 2 T. dried organic coconut flakes
1 full dropper of Chocolate flavored SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia
Water from 1 Young Thai Coconut
3-4 purified ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth. Makes about 2 tall SWEET servings. Enjoy!

Well, that’s it for tonight. Have a super evening, and a great rest of the week!

- Debbie
