My daily raw (2/5/08 thru 2/15/08)

Well as you can see it's been quite a while since I blogged last. I've been very busy working, making delicious raw goodies, and taking care of other personal business. I just haven't had time - but fortunately I have been keeping a journal of what I've been eating so I can post it now. I'll write more about what I've been up to in a separate post. So, here it is:

Tuesday, 2/5/08:
6oz berry smoothie
24oz berry breakfast shake with maca and bee pollen
2-24oz green juice
1 almond, vanilla snackeroon
1 carob smart monkey
1 chia choc pudding
1 sunburger on sesame sunflower seed bread, with lettuce, tomato, avocado, raw mustard and raw catsup
sesame sunflower seed bread slices with avocado
1 banana
lots and lots of water

Wednesday, 2/6/08:
6oz berry smoothie
24oz berry breakfast shake with maca and bee pollen
1 almond, vanilla snackeroon
1 date and cashew raw bar
1 sunburger on sesame sunflower seed bread, with lettuce, tomato, avocado, raw mustard and raw catsup
1 coconut macadamia vanilla iced cream, with raw super chocolate sauce
handful grapes, hazelnuts, and 3 dates
1 raw vegan chocolate chip bar
large bowl of coconut macadamia vanilla iced cream, with raw super chocolate sauce, and a banana
lots and lots of water

Thursday, 2/7/08:
6oz berry smoothie
24oz rawbuck’s II drink
1 sunburger on sesame sunbread, with lettuce, tomato, avocado, raw mustard and raw catsup
1 coconut macadamia vanilla iced cream, with raw super chocolate sauce
handful grapes, hazelnuts, and 3 dates
large bowl of coconut macadamia vanilla iced cream, with raw super chocolate sauce
1 banana
1 raw vegan coconut and cacao bar
lots and lots of water

Friday, 2/8/08:
6oz berry smoothie
16oz raw protein shake
12oz rawbuck’s II drink
1 sunburger on sesame sunflower seed bread, with lettuce, tomato, avocado, raw mustard and raw catsup
sesame sunflower seed bread slices with banana and maple
1 raw vegan chocolate chip bar
12oz green juice
handful grapes, hazelnuts, and 6 dates
slice of raw mango cobbler
lots and lots and lots of water

Saturday, 2/9/08:
16oz raw body shake
2 almond, vanilla snackeroons
3 slices raw mango cobbler (I know, a bit much!)
handful of grapes, nuts, dates
2 slices sesame sunflower seed bread
1 slice carob crunch tart with carob sauce
date and cashew raw bar
slices of carrots and celery with bragg’s amino acids drizzled on top
1 banana2 pieces of sushi rolls (not raw)
lots and lots of water

Sunday, 2/10/08:
24oz raw body shake
1 slice of mango cobbler
1 slice carob crunch tart with carob sauce
1 banana
handful of grapes
1 almond, vanilla snackeroon
5 pieces of sesame sunflower seed bread
2 veggie sandwiches (made with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, sea salt, all on sesame sunflower seed bread – very yummy!)
1 slice of sesame sunflower seed bread with eggless salad spread (raw)
1 eggless salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato, on sesame sunflower seed bread
lots of water (could have drank more…)

Monday, 2/11/08:
6oz berry smoothie
16oz raw body shake
2 slices carob crunch tart with carob sauce
handful of grapes
1 belgium chocolate raw vegan bar (75% raw/100% vegan)
1 eggless salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato, on sesame sunflower seed bread
2 slices sesame sunflower seed bread with eggless salad spread
1 24oz green juice (kale, spinach, celery, parsley, cucumber, apple, ginger, water)
1 slice sesame sunflower seed bread with fermented raw nut cream-cheese and agave
1 slice sesame sunflower seed bread with fermented raw nut cream-cheese and honey, with banana on top.
Lots and lots and lots and lots of water

Tuesday, 2/12/08
1 slice carob crunch tart with carob sauce
handful of grapes
6oz berry smoothie
24oz Rawbuck’s II drink
1 eggless salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato, on sesame sunflower seed bread
1 12oz glass of green juice with green superfoods powder
3 pieces sesame sunflower seed bread
2 almond, vanilla snackeroon
lots and lots of water


Wednesday, 2/13/08:
1 slice carob crunch tart with carob sauce
1 24oz berry breakfast smoothie with maca, and bee pollen
6oz berry smoothie
handful of grapes
2 almond, vanilla snackeroon
1 12oz glass of green juice with green superfoods powder
3 pieces sesame sunflower seed bread, with eggless salad spread
1 carob smart monkey bar
1 vegan Belgium chocolate bar (75% raw)
lots and lots of water

Thursday, 2/14/08:
handfuls of grapes
6oz berry smoothie
1 24oz berry breakfast smoothie with maca, and bee pollen
2 12oz glass of green juice with green superfoods powder
2 pieces sesame sunflower seed bread
1 carob smart monkey bar
1 cocoa and coconut smart monkey bar
1 vegan chocolate chip raw bar (90% raw)
2 12oz glass of carrot juice
handfuls of cashews
1 raw chocolate candy (Debbie’s recipe)
1 slice raw apple cobbler
2 dates
lots and lots and lots of water

Friday, 2/15/08:
6oz berry smoothie
24oz raw body shake
4 pieces sesame sunflower seed bread with avocado, and apple crumble
3 pieces sesame sunflower seed bread to snack on
2 pieces raw chocolate candy (Debbie’s recipe)
1 carob smart monkey bar
1 24oz glass of green juice
2 12oz glass of carrot juice
1 almond, vanilla snackeroon
3 sliced carrots (medium length)
handful pecans and cashews mixed
lots and lots and lots of water

Where did you find the recipes for the carob tart and peach cobbler? Sounds yummy!
