My daily raw for all those days I missed this week!

As I stated last night in my blog, I haven't kept up with my daily raw journal for over a week. So, tonight's blog is strictly that - my daily raw for Friday, 1/11/08 through today, Friday, 1/18/08. I'll do my best to not let it goes this long next time. Fortunately, I have been writing it down on various scraps of paper (LOL)...Here it is!

Friday, 1/11/08:
24 oz raw protein shake
6oz berry smoothie
Smart monkey ginger snap bar
banana and romaine lettuce smoothie
handful of mixed raw nuts and raisins
mango, parsley, romaine lettuce leaves smoothie
5 dates
lots and lots and lots of water

Saturday, 1/12/08:
24oz raw body shake
raw vegan bar
plate of sea spaghetti with raw marinara sauce, avocado, white mushrooms, 3 black olives, on a 3 red leaf lettuce leaves
slice of raw banana cream pie
handful of almonds
3 dates
lots and lots of water
Rawbucks iced mocha (my personal recipe)

Sunday, 1/13/08:
24 oz raw body shake
date cashew raw bar
Rawbucks iced mocha
plate of sea spaghetti with raw marinara sauce, avocado, white mushrooms, 3 black olives, on a 3 red leaf lettuce leaves
3 pieces raw cosmic carob/flax seed freezer fudge
3 dates
handful hazelnuts
lots and lots and lots and lots of water

Monday, 1/14/08:
6oz berry smoothie
berry breakfast smoothie
½ banana, berries, and romaine lettuce smoothie
mango, parsley, and romaine lettuce smoothie
smart monkey raw carob bar
smart monkey ginger snap bar
handful of nuts and dates
lots and lots of water

Tuesday, 1/15/08: (I was very hungry this day)
6oz berry smoothie
2 full glasses Rawbucks iced mocha
smart monkey ginger snap bar
raw vegan cacao and coconut bar
slice of raw banana cream pie
1 gala apple
raw corn chips
handful of almonds
plate of pasta fresca (zucchini, vine tomato, white mushrooms, parsley, pine nuts, sea salt, cold pressed EVOO)
2 spoonfuls raw coconut vanilla iced cream

Wednesday, 1/16/08:
6oz berry smoothie
24oz raw protein shake
mango, parsley, and romaine lettuce smoothie
plate of pasta fresca (zucchini, vine tomato, white mushrooms, parsley, pine nuts, sea salt, cold pressed EVOO)
handful of mixed raw nuts, raisins, dates
lots of raw corn chips
lots and lots and lots of water

Thursday, 1/17/08:
6oz berry smoothie
24oz raw protein shake
plate of pasta fresca (zucchini, vine tomato, white mushrooms, parsley, pine nuts, sea salt, cold pressed EVOO)
handful of mixed raw nuts, raisins, dates
raw corn chips
raw banana nut bread cookies dipped in maple syrup
2 servings coconut vanilla iced cream with raw cacao fudge syrup
mango, parsley, and romaine lettuce smoothie
lots and lots of water
handful of almonds
few dates

Friday, 1/18/08:
6oz berry smoothie
24oz raw protein shake
2 full glasses of Rawbucks iced mocha
corn chips
1 ½ bananas, 3 large romaine lettuce leaves smoothie
handful of mixed raw nuts, raisins, dates
cream of avocado and leek soup (raw)
coconut vanilla iced cream with raw cacao sauce
1 date, few almonds
lots and lots and lots of water
