My Daily Raw

11/1/07
1 6 oz. size smoothie (banana, protein, blueberries, pineapple, rice milk, and water)
1 16 oz raw protein smoothie (banana, protein, blueberries, pineapple, juice from an orange, oatmeal, almonds, water, sorbet)
1 vegan Belgium raw chocolate bar
6 pieces dried eggplant
2 T raw tomato pizza sauce
(cucumbers, yellow squash, carrots, avocado, Portobello mushroom) just enough to pile on each eggplant round, and 1 piece of the raw onion bread)
1 large 12oz glass of green feast juice (all greens left in my fridge, plus ginger)
2 dates
water

3 pieces raw onion bread
5 pieces dried eggplant
2 T raw hummus (zucchini)
2 T raw tomato pizza sauce
(lettuce, cucumbers, yellow squash, carrots, avocado, Portobello mushroom) just enough to pile on each eggplant round, and 2 pieces of the raw onion bread)
3 piece raw freezer fudge
1 large 12oz glass of green feast juice (all greens left in my fridge, plus ginger)
5 dates
water
