My Daily Raw

10/26/07 – Today I ate the following:
1-6 oz. glass smoothie (i.e. banana, fresh coconut meat, sliced raw almonds, raw wheat germ, Agave Nectar, frozen organic blueberries, splash of rice milk, protein powder, and purified water)


1-16 oz. raw protein shake (i.e. frozen banana, raw orange juice, frozen organic pineapple and blueberries, raw oatmeal, raw almonds, liquid protein)

1 each 75% raw cold-pressed, Vegan Belgium Chocolate Food Bar

3 each California organic pitted dates

1-small desert bowl raw salad (i.e. leeks, Napa cabage, cucumber, Portobello mushroom, red bell pepper, frozen organic corn kernels, frozen organic peas, Edame beans, raw almonds, Bragg’s Amino Acids, Celtic sea salt, fresh herbs, parsley)

1 each 90% raw cold-pressed, Vegan Coconut/Chocolate Food Bar

1 each gala apple

1-8 oz. glass all raw green juice (i.e. carrots, celery, cucumber, apple, ginger, red leaf lettuce, mustard greens, kale, spinach, parsley, purified water – all strained).

1 each 85% raw cold-pressed, Vegan Active Greens Food Bar

6 each California organic pitted dates

1-small desert bowl raw salad (i.e. leeks, Napa cabage, cucumber, Portobello mushroom, red bell pepper, raw Dulse, Edame beans, raw sesame seeds, raw almonds, organic pitted dates, Bragg’s Amino Acids, Celtic sea salt, fresh herbs, parsley)

1 each 75% raw cold-pressed, Vegan Belgium Chocolate Food Bar

1 each gala apple 1-8 oz. glass all raw green juice (i.e. carrots, celery, cucumber, apple, ginger, red leaf lettuce, mustard greens, kale, spinach, parsley, purified water – all strained).

1-6 oz. coffee cup loose Symfre tea with heated purified water.

1-24 oz. desert smoothie (i.e. carob powder, raw cacao nibs, frozen pineapple, banana, Agave Nectar, Medjool pitted dates, fresh coconut, fresh coconut water, purified water, ice)

Hi Debbie, I have been a vegan for 6 wks and am dabbling in to the raw truth uncooked foods. I would like to go 80% raw.. just don't know with my schedule how too. It is amazing the delicious foods that can be prepared. I think its great that you've gone raw!! What an inspiration! Audrey
