Okay, so the past few days I've been feeling kind of down and out. I realize that I'm truly running out of steam from not sleeping. I'm so happy that school is almost done for the year, and that my son will not have his crazy schedule until the Fall. That means I can finally relax a little and work on getting back on track. I'd like to start sleeping better - at least 6-8 hours, instead of this daily 4-5 hours...it's literally killing me!
Another thing that is really starting to get to me is the fact that I have put on some weight again. That's right, me the health advocate - raw foodist, yada-yada-yada...has put on the pounds. I finally weighed myself so I could have a true reality check. Guess what? OMG - I've gained enough to weigh in at 170 lbs. I am so upset with myself. The one thing I'm grateful for in all this is the fact that my weight is well distributed, so I don't look as heavy as I am - but I can feel it, and I am.
I haven't been doing my yoga in weeks, no sleep...although I've been eating plenty of fresh greens, veggies, and fruit, and having my daily smoothies - I've been cheating on processed organic chips, Ezekiel flour-less bread and tortillas, and the occasional offerings from coworkers (no meat - all vegan, but not the healthiest choice by my standards!) Basically I've been eating too much! So my digestive tract is a mess, I'm bloated, having IBS issues, pretty much all the symptons I so proudly rid myself of when I took the vow to be a healthy raw foodist back in 2007 are slowly finding their way back into my daily life - YIKES!!!!!!
I know, in addition to the lack of healthy habits these days...and again, I'm not eating meat, or processed canned or boxed foods...I'm eating too much, too many fats, sugars, (all natural or not), and eating too late! No exercise, no sleep, excessive stress - yes, lots of stress!
That was the other part of my reality check. I've been under an extreme amount of stress lately. Some is self-inflicted, while some of it is circumstantial. Regardless, I am out of WHACK! How can I possibly think I can coach others around me, if I can't even manage myself? Or perhaps that's exactly what I need to do...help coach another near to me, while empowering myself to also heal.
I know that part of my need to eat more is the lack of sleep and exercise. So obviously I need to get more rest. Part of not getting enough rest is the combination of circumstantial and self-inflicted stress. Time management, prioritizing what's important, and learning that I can only do so much. I can't be any help to others, if I can't help myself. I need to be healthy to be of service to others. So I definitely need some major rehab! Funny think about that...I am a member of a great "rehab" community, Raw Food Rehab - yet I haven't been very disciplined in making time to follow the recommendations and take the loving support available. I need to do so.
Here's my wish list for healing:
more sleep - at least 6 to 8 hours a night
more exercise - yoga at least 2-3 times a week, bike ride at least once a week, brisk walks at least 4-5 times a week
less non-raw treats (no more organic chips or flour-less Ezekiel breads, only splurge once a month)
less food per day - only eat when truly hungry, drink more of my food than eat it, minimize the raw treats, incorporate more mono raw foods for snacking, drink lots and lots and lots of water, don't eat after 7pm (dinner smoothie)
find ways to reduce circumstantial stress - get a second job to help reduce financial burdens, work on increasing revenue streams online through my site, and my books, reduce my footprint by finding more eco ways to service my family and myself, take time out for myself to relax and enjoy just being...
It may very well be that there is something else going on with me and my digestion. Anything I eat, anything, lately, has been making me immediately bloat. I feel like the food and drink is going in, but is stuck in a holding tank and won't pass through. I become constipated, and extremely uncomfortable and toxic - and this is eating fresh wholesome raw foods. Granite, the few cheats I've been doing, the lack of rest, and the amount of food will definitely cause these problems too. I just need to get back on track, and start healing again!
Here's an example of how uncomfortable I've been lately. I started this post last night, and now it's morning. The only thing I have put in my stomach so far is my lemon water with MSM. I'm not even done drinking it. My stomach is so swollen right now - seriously! I can't wait to pass whatever is stuck in my gut and making me feel this way. I need "liquid plumber"!
Well, the good news is today is Monday, and the beginning of the last week of school for my son. This means soon I will have an opportunity to start re-prioritizing my life and start healing. It's also a three-day weekend coming up - which is great for me too!
Obviously I'll keep you posted. But for now, that's it. Thank you for reading, and letting me vent. Have a terrific Monday, and a super happy and fulfilling week!!!
Peace!=)

A day in the life of Raw Debbie - Part VI
I find it interesting how I tend to do things with full force and be so obsessive about it that I continue with something until I exhaust it and grow tired. For instance, I have several blogs, which I love participating in all of them. However, I have not been able to manage a balance of posting on all of them. So what I start doing is posting and posting and posting on one, and neglect the others...then I start posting and posting on another and neglect the one. I'm kind of doing here. This was my first blog, but I had ignored it for the most part for several months with just the occasional post. Now I'm on this kick, so I'm post practically every day. Meanwhile I have neglected my recipe blog, and some other blogs. But it's hard to post all the time if you don't know what to blog about...
It's okay. I just have to go with the flow...
So, as far as proper eating goes, I've been fair. Again, I always manage to eat plenty of greens, and do well with eating mostly raw and living foods all day long. My issue is I ended up eating more than I should in a day, eating late (cause I don't sleep enough), and then sneaking in chips, and too many bars (organic or not, raw or not) too much salt and fat...and I'm not getting enough exercise. I truly miss my yoga...I know I'm somewhat out of balance at this time. That's why the weight isn't coming off, and that's why I'm having the occasional stomach issues. Plus I know that stress from my life is also adding the challenges.
The good news (and I'm sorry if I sound like a broken record) is that I know this too shall pass. School is almost done, I'm getting a handle on what I can and can't do, and I'm showing signs of progress of focusing on what I want to truly manifest and how I'm going to balance my life to do so. I'm doing some of it now, I just can't do it all at the same time...I'm wearing myself out!
As for what I ate, it's pretty much the usual...I don't divert too much during the work week. So the weekend should be more creative! As usual, I've run out of time, and need to get ready for work. I do plan to write more this weekend. Hopefully, I'll have more to write about that has substance. These journal entries of mine are a little to repetitive and winy...so I want to clean it up a bit!
I hope you all have a fabulous Friday!!! Thank you for reading and showing your support, even when my posts get tiresome... =)
Peace!=)

A day in the life of Raw Debbie - Part V
Okay, it's been about 2 maybe 3 days since I last blogged about just little ol' me. I did just post a fun "21 Raw Questions" response to a great blog post by Bitt of Bitt of Raw blog. You should check it out for yourself.
As for eating and life, well, I honestly can't remember all that I ate yesterday. I do believe I had my usual smoothies in the morning and the evening - same with today. I know I had my salad roll-ups both yesterday and today, and my fruit bowls, and my raw cacao balls, and raw crackers. I cheated on chips (as I seem to keep doing), and had my tea (I'm actually having a cup right now). So, nothing different or unusual for me. However, the one thing that's still constant is I'm not getting to bed early enough for the time I rise in the morning, and I'm eating late cause of it. In fact, it's 11:16pm right now. I know, I should stop and go to bed right now. Easier said than done. I need to wind down first.
Plus, I didn't get my exercise in. I do plan to make a super effort to do yoga tomorrow after work. So I really need to stick to my guns on this! I know that once school is out for Summer, and the stress on my son is lessened, the anxiety will become minimal, and I will be more relieved as well. Dealing with a super intelligent, teen-aged son with OCD can be challenging. Especially when the mother (me), has OCD too. =)
On another note, I'm feeling pretty good about my direction, and my future. I just need to focus on cleaning up those things around me that keep me from moving forward. I feel I can do a better job at that, now that the fear is gone. Plus, positive affirmations always help too!
I don't know if you knew this, but I have another blogsite, www.LifeElementsRawk.com, for the purpose of marketing and selling Elements for Life products. They are the wonderful raw super foods that many raw foodies like myself distribute. However, I will confess, I am the only one buying for myself. I've been a distributor now for about a year. I absolutely love the products, but they are a bit pricey. It's difficult during these economic times to continue with anything that isn't creating the return that's needed, and is more of a financial burden. As for this particular venture, I'm on a fence. I didn't make my required monthly purchase in April due to lack of funds. I will probably lose my distributorship and my initial investment if I don't make it soon. I just don't have it to spare right now. Then I think to myself that maybe I should just let it lapse, and consider it in the future. I have enjoyed the products, but really can't afford to keep up with the purchase requirements - especially if I'm not selling any. It kind of reminds me of Amway.
Plus, there are so many individuals out there that are distributing these products too. Perhaps they are also having the same issues as me, I'm not sure. I just know that it's not passive income for me, and costing me more right now. I have some major goals...one of them is to rid myself of any unnecessary debt, including unsecured debts. This is most challenging, and will take some time. However, I'm also trying to offset that by increasing my income through multiple streams of revenue. Writing, publishing, and selling raw books is one of those streams. So far that's working, and I'm glad. It's actually helped raise money to help pay our mortgage two months in a row. You see, right now we are a one-family income (my income), and have been for about 8 months. It's been a struggle, but we are managing. I know that this too shall pass, but in the meantime I need to stay focused on getting through it.
My other goal is to be more involved with educating others on the benefits of a living and whole food lifestyle, specifically a high raw food diet lifestyle. I want to help with the efforts to provide better lunches to our children, and to help others help themselves to minimize if not rid themselves altogether of deadly diseases and illnesses that are a direct link to food and lifestyle. To do this I want to improve my own education and lifestyle, so I can be more effective. That is why it's so important for me to take care of these immediate needs I have.
I also want to help my son to achieve his personal goals through education, and experiences. College is just around the corner, so we need to prepare the best we can. Brad is an amazing kid. I know he will do well in life, regardless of the challenge. I'm so happy that he wants me to be a big part of his life. =)
I have other goals as well, but first things first. Health, which means eating habits, rest, and exercise. Then finances, reduce financial burdens by eliminating unnecessary debts and expenses. And focus on service and personal direction...you get the idea.
Well, I think I have exhausted this post, it's time for bed! Have a great night, and thanks for stopping by!
Peace!=)

A day in the life of Raw Debbie - continuing with my journal...
It got too late to blog last night. I spent a lot of quality time with my son, so I didn't want to disrupt the flow by stopping and blogging. However, my son wanted to write a post for me, and so I let him. He created a delicious raw green smoothie that he named the Greeni-Colada. He wrote a very informative post along with the recipe. You can read the post on my Raw-Riffic Food's Recipe blog. Click here.
As for the diet yesterday, well let's just say it was not a balanced day at all! I started off on the right foot with a delicious superfood, cacao-berry smoothie, but it was downhill from there (to some degree). Here's the rest:
1 Berry-Ginger Kombucha tea (okay, but too much sugar)
1 plain Vega Vibrancy Bar (okay to eat)
1 green Vega Vibrancy Bar (okay to eat)
1 piece of Volcano sushi (spicy raw tuna with rice wrapped in nori - small roll) (okay...my treat)
1 piece of Rockin' Roll sushi (smoked eal, sauce with rice wrapped in nori - small roll) (okay...my treat)
1 piece of Salmon roll sushi (very small roll with raw salmon and rice wrapped in nori) (okay...my treat)
1 organic chocolate bar (ginger and 70% cacao) (not really the best choice, but simple ingredients - no additional processed crap - however not raw)
1 banana (small)
1-2 handfuls organic wheat chips (not the best - too much sea salt)
3-4 slices raw bread (adapted from an Ani Phyo recipe) (good too eat)
1 Greeni-Colada smoothie (mentioned in this post) (very good!)
1 sandwich (2 slices of Ezykl bread, organic peanut butter on 1 slice, raw almond butter on the other slice, and slices of banana) (okay, but I ate this at 2:30am - not good at all!)
1 cup of herb tea (2:30am - not the best time to be having anything!)
So you get the picture. I was up till 3:30am in the morning. "Why?" you ask. Well, because we watched a movie late last night, and then afterward I had to cleanup the kitchen from earlier in the evening. It seems to be a pattern we have on Saturdays. I don't even drink any more, so there's really no reason for me to be up late, except the household is up later, which is a disruption.
The one thing that I didn't get to eat was enough greens yesterday. I ate too much natural fat and sugar, and not enough true living foods. Because I was so busy running errands yesterday, helping in the yard, and being with my family on their terms, I did not have time to truly sit down and eat properly according to my needs. So now today I feel puffy, my tummy is okay (amazingly enough), but I don't feel my best. Plus, another day went by with no yoga or exercise for me - not good at all!!!
It's already 10:53am. I've only been up for about 40 minutes. I need to stop for now and get some breakfast (a nice smoothies or fresh fruit), and then take care of some business. Maybe I can fit some yoga in today. We'll definitely make a big effort too.
I'll be honest. I don't know how long I can keep posting these daily journals like this. I don't know how "boring" it really is to my readers. I'm currently doing it to bring awareness to myself. I want to be a better example for my readers. I thought by putting myself out there like this I will start to really look inward and make some definite changes for the better. My ultimate goal is to help others help themselves, as well as help me to all live healthier, happier lives. Time goes by too quickly to just let it pass by without thought.
Thank you for reading, and I hope you have a fabulous Sunday!
Peace!=)

A day in the life of Raw Debbie - Part IV
Sorry for not posting my daily journal entry last night. I actually ran out of time and energy, since I was talking with my son, watching Medium, and making nut mylk. Anyway, yesterday I had my morning MSM with water, but no lemon – since we didn’t have any lemons. So here’s what I ate yesterday:
Cacao berry smoothie – my usual daily smoothie (see previous posts for ingredients)
Fruit bowl – plum, banana, kiwi, Champaign mango, cacao nibs, hemp seed, and bee pollen, plus a few drops of chocolate liquid SweetLeaf stevia.
Amazing Grass bar – my favorite.
The morning was okay…then I took a long lunch and went to Whole Foods to get some of my grocery shopping done before the weekend. This is when I over did it:
My usual salad wrap (see previous posts) I ate two of them.
3 Rawkin Chocolate Truffles (more on this item – really good!)
1 Peppermint Luna bar (why, I don’t know…I thought I was still hungary)
1 Chocolate Carmel Luna bar (again, I don’t know why…)
I did drink lots of water yesterday, I mean lots!!!
Oh, and I also had a Kombucha…that’s probably why I craved all the bars (sugar)…
When I got home last night I had 1 more salad wrap (which was fine), a delicious green smoothie (Brazil nut protein, vanilla bean, spinach, Revitaphi green powders, mango, pineapple, raw honey, stevia, bee pollen, coconut water, and ice. These smoothies are always yummo!
But then, later I had a handful of organic wheat chips (not too bad, but I’m trying to stay away from this). Oh, I forgot, we also ate the raw popcorn I made…not my favorite, but not too bad…and finally I did have 3 T of my raw chocolate ice cream.
And right before bed, I had my usual herb tea.
So, I’m still probably eating more than necessary, but I’m trying to be more conscious of it. I do have to say that my stomach felt the best last night and today…it’s been a while.
I’m really interested in trying to find balance in my life. I know that some of the things I need to work on is trying to get ahead of my financial situation for the sake of my family. I know in my heart that with my determination, and focus, this will soon pass and we will be on top again. Then I can focus more on those things I truly am passionate about, such as spreading the word of good health through an organic, high raw food lifestyle, preferably vegan or close to it, through sunshine, water, rest, and spiritual enlightenment. I would love to help others help themselves, and travel the world to do so.
Well, that’s it for now. I’ll post more tonight to go over today.

A day in the life of Raw Debbie - Part III
Today was a challenging day as far as eating goes. I always try to spread my meals out evenly so as to not over eat at one sitting, and still maintain energy levels. However, today became an exception. First off, although I started off on the right foot, I gave in to temptations early on in the day. A coworker brought in a homemade organic cake. I started out with just a small slice, but it was soooooooo good – I ate several more slices. Not good! Although the ingredients were organic, and it was homemade, the flour and dairy in the cake made my tummy very unhappy afterward. “Was it worth it!” Not really, but I’m not going to beat myself up over it. I just need to be more disciplined in the future.
Then to make matters worse, I didn’t get to eat my mid-morning fruit, and lunch was not consumed until about 3:30pm in the afternoon. Plus, no water was consumed during that time. Needless to say I was depleted, shaky, lethargic, and had a bad headache…not good at all. Unfortunately part of it could not be helped. The reason for this disruption of my meal-times was due to a production meeting I had to be a part of that was scheduled at 11:00am (an hour before lunch time), and didn’t end until around 3:10pm in the afternoon. Hence my feeling of sickness today.
So, so far today this is how the eating behavior went:
Lemon and MSM in filtered water (very positive)
Berry and cacao smoothie (1 glass, same as yesterday’s ingredients)
4-5 slices of homemade cake (as mentioned above) (good going down, but not good to go through)
1 peppermint flavored, organic Luna Bar (organic soy bar – not raw) (okay, but need to stay away from these bars)
1 salad/chard roll-up (same recipe as yesterday)
2 handfuls raw corn chips (same recipe as yesterday)
1 Amazing Grass Bar
1 chocolate flavored Luna bar (not raw)
(obviously the main lunch was very good, but the additional treats were too much to have shortly after. However, based on the time it was that I finally ate, I was starved and ended up binging…not good)
1 green smoothie (romaine, spinach, mango, pineapple, banana, coconut water, green superfood powder, raw protein powder, raw honey, stevia, bee pollen, filtered water and ice) (Always a good thing!)
3 handfuls organic wheat chips (same brand as yesterday) (although yummy and organic – not raw, and upsetting to my tummy!)
Oh, I also had about 4 to 5 small organic fries (yes I said fries – but they were baked not fried), and 1 spoonful of my raw chocolate ice cream.
And finally, before bedtime, I’m drinking tea.
So there you have it. I know, I definitely need to improve.
I’m a big multi-tasker, since I have so much going on in my life on a day-to-day basis. As I’m writing this post I’m also watching a great documentary called “The World According To Monsanto”. This is all about the GMOs, and chemicals produced and forced upon us by the major corporate food giant MONSANTO!!! I really think you should watch this video too. I’ve heard a lot about Monsanto already, but this documentary goes deep into the true realities, politically, financially, environmentally, and ethically – it’s a major eye-opener! Twilight Earth has the full documentary posted on their site for free. Check it out here!
I was thinking a lot about Penni Shelton’s post this morning and her topic of “changing your thoughts – your mind is the key to optimal health and weight-loss.” If you’re not right in your head all the dieting in the world (although still beneficial) won’t ultimately help you if you aren’t right in your mind, in your thoughts, and how you think about your relationship with yourself, your food, your surroundings, and your spirit. She recommended a great book, which I hope to purchase in the near future, entitled *Taming the Feast Beast* How to Recognize the Voice of Fatness & End Your Struggle with Food Forever. In the meantime I think I will reread another favorite book on emotions and eating by Angela Stokes Monarch, entitled Raw Emotions.
Well, I need to close for now. I’m so tired that I’m falling asleep at the keyboard. I will continue with my thoughts, and what I’m dong to stay 90-100% raw, and promote new work.
So more to come!
Thank you for reading, and have a great night!
Peace!=)

A day in the life of Raw Debbie - Part II
Yesterday was a much better day. However, I did feel a lot of internal swelling and bloating. It made me look tired and frumpy. I started taking a natural supplemental enzyme before each meal yesterday to help - which it did; and I added physillium husk to my smoothies. Spiritually I felt fine and productive. I've been reading a lot of wonderful posts over the past few days, so that has kept me on the up-an-up mentally. The mind is a powerful tool for healing...and when I feel the way I do physically, sometimes my thoughts are all I have to make me feel better. I realize my IBS is acting up again. This proves everything that Paul Nison has been talking about - that just because you eat a raw food diet (even though it's the best choice overall) you can still be sick and not thrive on it the diet without proper balance, and finding out what your body needs for that balance. Blood work is the only way - which means I need to get some updated blood work done.
I know I have had my cheats, and I'm not sleeping enough, or getting enough exercise - but, I also know that it's possible I'm not balancing what I eat to the best that I can for my body's personal needs. I notice that I do best when I don't eat a lot of dehydrated foods, or spices. Although I love it all, it doesn't necessarily show the love back. I do best with dark leafy greens, smoothies, smoothies, and more smoothies, and lots of fresh raw fruit! I also need to work on the emotional balance in my life as it relates to food. That's been a long-term need. I really do try not to let things get to me, but sometimes I find them getting to me through food...which then leads to my body's "emotional" upset. Penni Shelton, of Raw Food Rehab, shared a great post today on her blog about changing your thoughts as being the ultimate key to weight loss and overall body health...she shared a book she read called *Taming the Feast Beast* How to Recognize the Voice of Fatness & End Your Struggle with Food Forever. I think it's a great tool. I'll share more on this topic at a later date.
I have to get ready for work, so I'll make this a bit brief for today. Here's what I ate, and what I felt about it:
1 glass fresh squeezed lemon with MSM (I do this daily - it's great!)
1 glass of fruit/superfood smoothie (cacao, mesquite, lucuma, maca, camu camu, vanilla bean, protein powder, cinnamon, ginger, coconut butter, hemp oil, hemp seed, raw honey, raw almond butter, bee pollen, bananas, pineapple chunks, blueberries, coconut water, filtered water, stevia) (this smoothie always gets me going in the morning)
1 big fruit bowl (banana, blueberries, tangerines, plums, kiwi, bee pollen, hemp seed, cacao nibs, stevia)
2-roll-ups (2 Ezykle tortillas, a large mix of red chard, bok choy, mixed herb lettuce, and micro greens, heirloom tomato, and Amy's Organic Goddess dressing) I only used a little bit of the dressing. (These are filling and taste fresh. However, although the tortillas are gluten free and sugar free, and have no flour - strictly sprouted, I'm not sure if this is bothering my digestive system or not).
1 handfull raw corn chips (always a treat)
1 Amazing Grass Bar (chocolate flavored). (This is considered a raw bar, but can be heavy at times, but filling).
1/4 cup my homemade raw chocolate ice cream (cashew, coconut, banana, cacao, mesquite, lucuma, stevia, honey, sea salt) (my treat)
1 glass green smoothie (spinach, banana, mango, pineapple, coconut water, stevia, honey, green superfood powder) (the best meal ever!)
1 chard roll-up (1 leaf chard, jungle peanut pate - parsley, jungle peanuts soaked, walnuts, spices, lettuce, and micro sprouts) (probably could have passed on eating this, since the smoothie filled me up, and I was still a little bloated)
1 small handful wheat chips (although organic, they are still processed chips, and I think they bother my stomach - but the salt in them is addicting and it's sea salt)
3 cups tea (natural ginger teas)
So there you have it. Today is another day, which I feel will be blessed. I will make an effort to post more tonight.
Have a great day!
Peace!=)

Where have I been lately?
I know I haven't been around for a while. Truth of the matter is I have been busy writing articles for my raw e-newsletter, posting recipes on my recipe blog, and writing raw food articles on Squidoo.com. I also have been coaching a few people with their slow but progressive raw food diet transition - which I'm very proud of! So I apologize for not keeping up with my personal blog.
Anyway, it's been crazy, but crazy fun! I have been posting away on my recipe blog, until today when I got temporarily banned from updating it. Wordpress.com is trying very hard to correct the matter, but still have not successfully removed the block. You can still visit my blog and get recipes, I just can't post anything new at this time - bummer, I know! Hopefully it will be corrected before the end of the week. I always try to post at least 1-2 recipes per week. I lost one recipe because of this - and unfortunately never wrote it down (so it's kind of lost in my mind somewhere deep). I do have another recipe for another superfood cookie ball, but it will have to wait.
As for my e-newsletter, I've been pretty proud of myself. Although I don't consider myself much of a write, I have enjoyed writing about the various topics on a raw food diet, and health in general. I feel pretty good about the information, and if anything I always promote that people take the time to research for themselves - and I always provide resources!
I love the newsletter deal, but I'm also getting into creating "lenses" for Squidoo.com on the topic of raw food, health, and personal empowerment. It's a great format, easy, fun, and it get's the word out real well! I think I'm addicted to it now!
I'm still out there promoting my superfood smoothie book, and actually making progress with a lot of non-raw foodies, who are actually athletes and into taking all kinds of supplements. So the superfood smoothie book has been really working on this crowd. I'm happy about that!
I'm also proud to say I officially broke my addiction to the Trader Joe's organic corn chips. I no longer crave them, buy them, or eat them - yeah for me!!! Oh, and the other good news is my son is slowly crossing over to the "dark side" (as they tease me at work), to eating a very high raw vegan diet. He's been doing this for about 3 weeks now, and getting more and more into the full transition...it's very cool! My husband is also slowly moving over...not completely, but enough to help share with his buddies at the gym and get them interested. So it's all very cool, and very positive!
Well, that's all for now. That 's the update on my life. If you're interested in visiting my recipe blog, go to http://www.rawrifficfood.wordpress.com/. You can also sign-up for my newsletter there or from my main website at http://www.rawrifficfood.com/.
To find me on Squidoo.com, just search for Debbie Marsh. Easy enough!
Till next time, keep it safe, keep it fun, and keep it HIGH RAW!!!
Peace! :)
